Hello Peeps, I’m back! (Berthold) for those of you who didnt know!
I’m so happy to see get primevil.co.uk back to its alive and kicking state! I hope some of the old timers are still around and visit the new forum.
Daoc is a game that has a special place in my heart. I started playing it in 2001 and I never stopped. It’s a game that gave me so much joy and laughter over the years. I have met some amazing people through daoc, some of whom are still my friends today. We shared so many adventures and experiences together, some of them hilarious, some of them epic, some of them tragic.
One of the funnier moments I can remember was when we were attacking a keep and o Half Life, aka Neil, shouted “Pour the Cumdrum”. He meant to say “Pour the Cauldrum”, but he got excited and invented a new word that made us all crack up. We couldn’t stop laughing for ages. It became our motto for any situation that required some extra oomph or bravery or a drop of Cum on someones head!.
Daoc was more than just a game to us. It’s was a way of bonding with people who have the same passion and sense of humor, a way of escaping from the reality and problems of everyday life. It was a way of living in a magical world where anything can happen.
I don’t know if any of you still play daoc, but I know I will always treasure the memories and friendships it has created for me.
