Has anyone actually used this Audi transmission workshop in Abu Dhabi?

Specifically I'd love to know whether they took the time to actually road test the car and reproduce the symptoms rather than just relying on diagnostics, whether they explained what was wrong in plain language without trying to blind me with jargon, and whether the quote they gave at the start was anywhere near what I ended up paying. I'm also really interested in whether they offered any kind of guarantee on the repair, because the thought of paying out for a gearbox job and then having the same problem reappear a few months later with no comeback is genuinely what's stopping me from committing. And on the practical side, how long was the car off the road for, because I'll need to arrange a rental if it's going to be more than a couple of days. If anyone has had a rebuild or even just a proper diagnostic and fluid service done there, I'd really appreciate hearing the honest version, including the bits that weren't great, because I'd rather go in with realistic expectations than a glossy picture that turns out to be nonsense.
